He was a very good student when we met in a high school. Everybody liked him because of his friendly personality. We became good friends. I still remember the first day I noticed him changing. He came to school with pierced ears and yellow hair. He told me he didn't like San Francisco and wanted to go back to China. Ha was offten absent from school after that day. I saw he was smoking. He ignored me many times, and finally we stopped talking. After summer vacationhe never came back to school. But I worried about him alot. After a year, my friend told me that he joined a Chinese gang group and got killed. I was shocked and regretted that I couldn't do anything for him.(本人の承諾の上で文法などの訂正済みの文章です)
