私は今アメリカで語学研修所に通っているんですが、こっちに来て３ヶ月のまだまだ未熟な学生です。英語もあまり読めませんし、話せません。
本題に入りますが、今日本人学生のリーダーをしておりまして、今度お祭りを開催する予定です。大学内の設備のコモンスペースを借りたんですが、そこのManagerに一部のブースの許可をもらえませんでした。それはヨーヨーで、ヨーヨーのプールの水を床にこぼす恐れがあるからだそうです。ビニルシートをひくという案を出したんですが許可されませんでした。納得がいかず、校長に許可を求めるメール送りました。以下はそのやりとりです。返信のメールの内容のニュアンスが、許可するものなのか、それとも待っていてくださいというものなのか僕にはわかりません。お恥ずかしいことですが、どうかお力をおかしください。よろしくお願いします。

I beg a favor of you.
Actually, we have one problem now. One of booths offers a fun fishing
game for water balloon yo-yo's. The game is that player hooks a
balloons floating in the pool by using fishing line. But UC room
manager does not allow the booth because there is a risk that
somebody spill water on the floor. I don't deny the possibility, but
we have appropriate measures. We spread a tarpaulin (vinyl sheet) on
the floor and post a full staff to control visitors. And we restrict
the number of player. Just 3 visitors can play the game at a time not
to overcrowd. I think if we abide the rule, we can prevent a mistake.
We would like to serve this booth to be more fun.

「Geniusさんのブース使用がきちんとした計画・リスク防止に基づいたものであることや、
ブースを楽しいものにしたいという、Geniusさんの熱意を考慮した上で、
ブース使用の再検討をします。
一緒にブースを担当するかもしれない仲間によろしく伝えてください」
と考えていると思います。
つまり、改めて先生側から連絡が来るのではないでしょうか？
私の英語力は確かでないので、他の方の意見も参考にして頂ければ幸いです。
ヨーヨーのブース使用、実現するといいですね。
きっと楽しいものになると思います。
