皆様こんにちは。
提出方法で質問なのですが、
郵送or onlineとありますが、郵送の場合はオリジナルプリントでの提出なのでしょうか。
提出方法を読んで行くとオリジナルプリントで送らない様にと書いてありますが、（色見本は郵送可のようですね？）。下の方にオリジナルプリントでも可と書いてありますがダメージなど責任は持てないが返送もできる様な事も書いてあります。

提出欄にonlineとmailがあり、良く分かりません。

デジタルもフィルムで撮影したものも↓

online→onlineデータ提出＋色見本プリント郵送

mail→オリジナルプリント郵送

という解釈で宜しいのでしょうか。
どなたか宜しくお願いしますmm

この解釈で間違いないです。
郵送の場合下記アドレスのエントリーシートをプリントして記入してください。

プリントを返送してもらうには＄30かかります。

ちなみに、色見本は送っても送らなくてもどちらでも大丈夫ですよ。

つかぬ事を質問させて下さい。

【paymentについて】

自分のページにログインして、「IPA ENTRIES」で自分の提出した項目を確認できます。
Singleで提出しているモノとmax５枚の写真をuploadしているモノは「OK」とサインが出ていますが、４枚で構成（添付写真一番下の項目）しているモノはOKと出ておらず、「UPLOAD」をクリックすると、提出してあるはずの写真を編集することが可能です。

この状態はちゃんとSubmitされているんでしょうか。。。

支払いはonlineでgoogleで支払いをしましたが（領収書あります）、カードで利用金額を見ると、今回の提出費用の引き落としがされていません。画面のSTATUSは「Print Receipt」になっています。（支払済の意ですよね？）

メールでIPAに問い合わせても返事が来ません。ちゃんと提出されているか不安です。

Official Selection- Round 1

Thank you for your patience during this time of jurying.

There has been some technological obstacles in alerting those who have passed through the first of three rounds in the jurying process. All entries that have advanced the first round is now an Official Selection of the 2009 International Photography Awards and will continued to be judged.

Those who have advanced the first round and is an Official Selection of the 2009 IPA, received an email per entry that has advanced (for those with multiple submissions). If you have received more than one email this may be due to the advancement of your multiple submissions. If you have received multiple emails for the same submission, please accept our apology for the error made by our emailing system.

Due to these complications, we will be contacting all those who have advanced the second round on Thursday and Friday (August 13 and 14) of this week. We apologize for the confusion and delay. Thank you for your patience once more.

短文のお知らせがおととい一回と、その後似たような内容でthe first of three roundsをパスしたっていう長めのメールが昨日の夜一回来ました。それ以上は来てないです…
第2ラウンドで除外されちゃったかな…orz

Honorable Mention(佳作)のお知らせがありましたね。
ひとまず全ての出品でHonorable Mentionに入ったようです。
USA時間の8月18日火曜日に1位から3位が発表されます。
できれば上位に食い込みたいですね。

Honorable Mentionに決まるのと、1位～３位はまた別ですね。
18日にすべての発表があるようです。
去年とは違い、今回は段階的にお知らせが来るので混乱しちゃいますね。
去年は上位3名に入っているお知らせが来て、その後数日で一位のお知らせが来ました。

上位3名は写真も掲載されるので、Honorable Mentionとは扱いが大きく違います。
また、各カテゴリー1位でジャンルのアワードが決定されます。
ここに食い込めたらリンカーンセンターに招待され、レッドカーペットを歩けます。
18日にすべてが発表されるようですね。

Thank you for your patience throughout the jurying process! We have just barely met the deadline of the 18th to announce to you the winners and finalists for the 2009 IPA competition.

With each passing year, the IPA continues to receive incredible work from across the globe with the most captivating images. Our mission is to find and recognize the most deserving work through the eyes of our jurors and the visuals captured through the photographer's lens.

We will be inviting all finalists to join us at the 2009 Lucie Awards, where their work will be screened and the 2009 International Photographer of the Year (sponsored by AtEdge), Discovery of the Year and Deeper Perspective Photographer of the Year (sponsored by Blurb) will be revealed on stage, this year at the newly renovated Alice Tully Theatre, Lincoln Center, New York on Monday, October 19, 2009.

The IPA is one of the most competitive photography competition worldwide and this year was no exception. Thank you for creating and submitting such incredible and inspirational work.

有り難うございます！！
ファイナリストにはなれなかったけど、なんとか1stとれました。
best of showの発表は9/8だそうです。

今年は例年にも増して、環境問題や政治、戦争などをテーマにした物が選ばれてるような感じですね。
