No need to be too formal.

No problem.

how is your family adjusting to life in Japan?(あなたの家族は日本の生活に慣れてきた?)
How is your family getting used to life in Japan? How is your family fitting into life in Japan? How is your family getting a custom in Japan?

kim is making lots of friends at Kindergarten. この lots of は他の表現では、quite a few, plenty of, a number of.

It seems that Aya has really taken Kim under her wing.(アヤがほんとによくキムの面倒を見てくれてるみたいなのよ)この、under her wing これはいい表現だーとマークが言っとりました。just For Kidsではないそうです。

And the fathers seem to get a particular kick out of it. 。。
> ? with line 3 page 16:No need to stand on ceremony. No need to be too formal.
さいです、Let’s forget the formalities.
> ? with line 7:No problem.
It’s OK. ふ〜ん、No worries. There’s nothing to worry about. Don’t worry about it.
> ? with line 1 page 18:how is your family adjusting to life in Japan?
How is your family getting a custom in Japan?
How is your family getting accustomed to life in Japan? だね。
> ? with line 2:lots of は他の表現では、quite a few, plenty of, a number of.
tons of (重量単位のトンみたいに)。a bunch of は「一群の」だけど、本来a bunch of flowers みたいに「房、束、山」の意味で使ってる。
> ? with line 4:It seems that Aya has really taken Kim under her wing.
It seems that Aya has realy taking care of Kim.
現在完了形だから has taken care of ね。

a kick = a strong feeling of excitement and pleasure 「刺激、活力、興奮、興味、熱」
get 〜 out of … I get a kick out of driving fast cars.
でもこの表現を初めて目にしたのは、大好きなジャズ音楽家 Cole Porter の名曲「I get a kick out of you」
I get no kick from champagne
Mere alcohol doesnt thrill me at all
So tell me why should it be true
That I get a kick out of you
I get a kick from A = A thrills me

Stay up lateのEricです。
>? with line 7 : No problem.
I'll be happy to"を挙げました。Markは"The pleasure was all mine"もあるよね、って言ってたよ。
>? with line 2 : lots of は他の表現では、quite a few, plenty of, a number of.
他はplenty of, a number of, tons of, a bunch of, heaps ofを挙げてましたね。
>? with line 4 : It seems that Aya has really taken Kim under her wing.(アヤがほんとによくキムの面倒を見てくれてるみたいなのよ)この、under her wing これはいい表現だーとマークが言っとりました。just For Kidsではないそうです。 It seems that Aya has realy taking care of Kim.
It seems that Aya has really been taking care of Kim.
Last lineの"I wish I had that kind of mental agility". agilityは「迅速さ、敏捷性」とかの意味ですが、ここを"She soaks up new language like a sponge"と言い換えてましたね。
>? with line 4 page 20 : That's an announcement of the upcoming autumn sports meet. ここは簡単、announcement の代わりにthe information, the notice ね
>? with line 11 : And the fathers seem to get a particular kick out of it.
ここは、"kick out"というidiomではなく、"kick(刺激)"と"out of 〜(〜から得られる)"です。
The pleasure is/was (all) mine.は、The pleasure’s mine. (It’s) my pleasure.
You’re welcome. Sure. You bet. It’s nothing. Not at all. No trouble at all. Don’t mention it. とか、お気に入りの女子には、You’re most welcome.
> It seems that Aya has really been taking care of Kim.
My comment was right.
She soaks up new language like a sponge"と言い換えてましたね。
