How to speak English like a English speaker is a very important question for the people who want to learn English
Let us focus on this word "how". well in my case, I think the best way to learn speak English is talk with someone who speak English. we know that longurage is a tool, if u want to use it very confortable u should use it all the time "NA RE RU TO JYO ZU NI NA RU"
so come on! now get up and find someone you know, talk to them. I think it's very easy to find a American man in Japan. so what you waiting for? do it and change your poor English right now!

actually i'm an english teacher.
the easiest way to improve your english skill would be talaking to englsh speaking people as you said.
and to have courage to speak and not to be afraid of making mistakes.
actually i have almost no experience studying abroad,but thanks to my foreign friends,i have no problem to communicate to native speakers.
and one more important thing to be able to speak english fluently,learn rythm of english.
japanese sounds kind of flat,but if you learn rythm,you would sound nearly like a native speaker.
even if your pronounciation is good,you won't sound like a native speaker if you don't have rythm.
this is just my opinion,so plz reffer other's opinions,too.
