2 broccoli trees, cut small and boiled for 3-4 minutes salt and pepper 1 Tablespoon cornflour 400ml sour cream 400ml creme fraiche 100grams grated parmesan 4 teaspoons dijon mustard 600 grams cut salmon 600 grams cut white fish 150 grams prawns 100 grams breadcrumbs
1. Mix the cornflour with 6 Tablespoons creme fraiche in a bowl then add the rest of the creme fraiche, sour cream, half the parmesan cheese and all of the mustard. 2. Add the seafood and season with salt and pepper, mix well. Put into oven dish. 3. Sprinkle the top of the dishes with breadcrumbs and cheese. 4. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
