Moises Mehl was born in Mexico City, where his grandmother, Blanca Dominguez "Susheela," inspire him at an early age with vegetarian cuisine, yoga and spirituality. She was a great Bhakti, Karma and Hata Yogi, writer, artist and activist. Since then gradually he became more interested in vegetarian and vegan food. Few years ago he became vegan and started to explore food that will nourish the body and soul. This is how he came along with the Raw Vegan diet, which has helped him rediscover a new way to eat and live in a way that enhances body and spirit, turning on the anti-inflammatory genes, anti- aging genes and anti-diabetic genes.
Moises has worked and volunteered catering egetarian food in yoga workshops in Mexico, and was the first person to ferment and distribute Tempeh to vegetarian restaurants in Mexico City. Now integrating his knowledge and personal experience, he is grateful to teach and share his passion of Raw Vegan Food.
