これを機会に（ＨＰを含め）英語版を作ってみようかと思っています。
yahooやgoogleの翻訳でやってみたのですが、いまいち自信がありません。
（てか、答えがわかりません
）
どなたか英語の得意な方に添削をお願いできないでしょうか？
・１神教圏なので「神」という表現はやめ、精霊にしました。
・精霊の代名詞はitでいいのか
・せりふの部分「」は英語圏でも使われるんでしょうか？
・題名「Pikachu of the "pika ribbon"」、「Pikachu with the"pika ribbon"」、「Pikachu pika ribbon with a black tail」etc...
その他、「表現上まずいんじゃない？」など、ご意見よろしくお願いします。

これは、ポケモンバトルにまだルールがない時代の話です。
This is a story of the times when Pokemon battle does not yet have a rule.
ルールが決まっていないため相手を倒すまで戦っていました。
I fought till I defeated a partner because a rule was not same.
そのためポケモン同士が大変傷つき勝っても負けてもボロボロでした。
Therefore Pokemon was hurt very much and was tattered win or lose.
１匹のピカチュウがふとあたりを見回すとみんなボロボロでした。
When one Pikachu looked around incidentally, all were terrible.
自分も傷ついてからだのあちこちが痛みました。
Many places ached since oneself was hurt.
「あぁ、こんなことをいつまでもやっていると、みんなが不幸になる」ピカチュウは嘆きました。
Pikachu grieved and said.「All become unhappy when I do such a thing forever like that」
そのときピカチュウの心の中で別の声がしました。
He heard a voice being different in a heart of Pikachu then.
「この戦いをやめさせる方法があります」それはみんなが傷つけ会っているのを見て悲しんでいる精霊の声でした。
It was the voice of pokemon spirits whom it which 「had a method to stop this fight」watched that all were hurt and met, and grieved.
「本当ですか？ 」
「Are you true?」
思わずピカチュウは聞き返しました。
Pikachu heard unintentionally back.
「”ピカリボン”という技をつかえば、みんなが楽しくバトルできるようになる。」
と精霊がいうので、ピカチュウは「ぼくにその技を教えてください。」と頼みました。
「"pika ribbon " blocking skills that can be enjoyed by everyone battles.」
Because the Spirit, Pikachu, 「Please tell me that my skills.」And asked.
精霊はちょっと困った顔をして「その技を覚えるには、ほかの技をすべて忘れなくてはいけない。
The pokemon spirits has a slightly embarrassing look; and 「must forget all the other skill to learn the skill」.
それに、その”ピカリボン”も、たった１回しかつかえません。
「In addition, the "pika ribbon" clogs up only only the once, too.
「もう２度とバトルができなくなるけど、それでもいいのかい？ 」
Though twice and a battle are not possible anymore, is still good? 」
と、精霊はピカチュウに聞きました。
And the pokemon spirits asked Pikachu.
バトルするのが大好きだったピカチュウはちょっと考えていましたが、さっと顔を上げ「ぼくが”ピカリボン”でみんなを幸せにします！
Pikachu which it loved to make a battle thought a little, but send a face quickly; 「I make all happy in "pika ribbon "!」
ときっぱりと言いました。 he said once and for all.
精霊は満足そうにうなづき、指を振るとピカチュウの体に電気がはしりました。 The pokemon spirits was satisfied with words of Pikachu, and electricity ran to a body of Pikachu when it waved a finger.
ふと気がつくとピカチュウの周りには、バトルでボロボロに傷つき疲れた様子のポケモンが集まっていました。 Pikachu and go around I know, was exhausted after many Pokemon in Battle vulnerable to rotting.
ピカチュウは精霊からもらった最後の技”ピカリボン”を使いました。
Pikachu used skill "pika ribbon" of the last given by an apparition of a living person.
ものすごい衝撃でピカチュウのしっぽは真っ黒に焦げてしまいました。
The tail of Pikachu has been burnt black by an awful shock.
その後みんなの心には、いつも”ピカリボン”が灯り、ルールを守って楽しくバトルをするようになりました。
In the heart of all, "pika ribbon" always followed a light, a rule and came to make a battle happy afterwards.

あのピカチュウはどうなったかって？

技のダメージから回復したピカチュウは元気になりました。

尻尾だけはこげたままですけど。 Only the tail is burning.
