Thank you for your mail.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
First of all, we sold the charity bags because "we wanted to help (serve for) the victims."
We started to sell these bags on 20/MAY and received a lot of feedback.
In this time, we sold these bags at 21 concept shops and our Web store.
Concerning concept shop, we didn't limit customer's purchase.
Because we didn't want to limit the customer's good will.
Furthermore, we thought that we can prevent the purchase by dishonest dealers when we sell it "face to face".
After considering situation, we decided not to limit.
On the other hand, the purchase was limited to 3 for each customer on website.
Because it's not "face to face" selling. It's difficult to prevent the purchase by dishonest dealers.
However, many customers are living far from our shop.
So, we decided to sell on website for such customers.
We know that the bags were put up for sale on an Internet Auction site.
We regret that the bags are sold like special premium products.
We will donate all profit of charity bag to RED CROSS.
Before starting this project, we discussed a lot to find the best way.
However, we received more feedback and good will than we expected.
We deeply apologize to the customers who can't get the bags.
Hi.
I live in Japan.
Today was the sale date of the charity bag.
The sale was shops and internet.
Many people waited to open the shop.
Because the purchase of the bag does not have a limit of the number of sheets, many people couldn't buy it.
But the sale of the Internet is to three one.
It was sold out immediately and was not able to purchase it.
The Japanese agency is look.
It was said that they did not set a limit because it was charity.
But the Internet is to three one.
Why?
A heartless person exhibits it at auction.
I am full of all sorrow.
How does the Japanese sales system think?
