海外に飛び出したい！！！コミュの英語の勉強と、イベント

Merry Christmas.

　　This is celebration of Crist birthday.
　　 People gathered church and having mas.
　　Merry means peoples laughter in partys,
　　 festivals or having fun.

　　　クリスマスは世界が祝うキリスト降誕祭＝誕生日です。　
　　　この日は、人々が集いマス( ミサ＝祭礼 )を行うので、
　　　キリストの英語読み　クライスト　+　マス(祭礼)
　　　が合わさって出来た用語です。　
　　　メリーとは、楽しんでいる笑い声や、お祭りなどの意味
　　　つまりは、『楽しいクリスマスを笑顔でお過ごし下さい！』
　　　という意味です。

Ideom & phrases:　　　　
　　　Necessity is the mother of invention　　
　　　必需は(必要は）発明の母である　　　　　　　

　　　必要不可欠なものを求める気持ちや、探究心は発明や
　　　新しい技術の革新に重要な働きがある。

　　　これは、英語に対してもそうだけれど、日本での英語の
　　　勉強は、周りに日本語があふれている分だけ、切迫した
　　　必需が少なく、危機感のない場合が多いですよね。　　　

この内容って、自分が先日教えたクラスでやったんですけど、なかなか好評をはくしたので、こっちにまとめてみました。

Culture Tip: 12 Animals of Chinese Zodiac.: The Year of the Rat

干支の事です。Zodiacって、星座の事もそう言いますが、干支も年回り・星回りに関連する事からそう呼ばれているようです。今年は子年になります。英語でねずみは、Mouseと、Ratとあり、Mouseは、ミッキーに代表されるイメージのように多少可愛い感じ。感じとしてもハツカネズミや砂ねずみのようにペット的な要素の感覚が強いです。反してRatの方は野鼠というか、家ネズミの感覚で、イメージ悪い感じです。しかし、干支ではこちらで呼ばれています。中国の干支では詳細があり、マメな性格といわれいいイメージなんですけどね。

Valentine's day!!

What is Valentines day for you....?
May be, it is day that Lady's will give some Chocolate to guys and wishing to receive better present from guys...
Or, perhaps you girls are obligate to give some little Chocolate for some people and give main chocolate to some one you love.

But....Real Valentine's day would be both men and women gives Flower, Cake, Chocolate or some Presents to love one.
The day was named after Saint in Roman area.

So ONLY the Japanese people celebrate this day as woman's chocolate date.
Also the white day is celebrating ONLY in Japan.

皆さんの意識ではヴァレンタインデーって、どんな日でしょう・・・？
たぶん、チョコレートを渡した相手に、グレードアップしたプレゼントを貰えることを期待する日だったり・・・
義理チョコを幾つか渡し、その一方で本命チョコを好きな人に渡す・・・・そんな日でしょうか？？
知ってる方も居るでしょうが、実際の海外でのバレンタインは、男女共にお互いの好きな相手にプレゼントを渡します。
バレンタインが女の子のものって言うのは日本だけ！
ホワイトデーと言うのも日本だけの特殊なものです。

In My Class

Recently we often go out for a beer ot two with students.
It is fun and also gave me a cheer!!

Well, add to that, I often feel little envies.

They all full of hope and leaving Japan for study abroad.

I guess I'll do my best to support them.

遠足～！！　In US Base Camp ZAMA

We had an excursion in American base Camp ZAMA yesterday.
There are about 50 members came enjoyed the view of Cherry blossoms and enjoyed American feast!

There are BBQ, Burger, Kebabi,Taco, many kind of food and also attractions.
Price is also US (exclude tax) price so, cheap.

However, there are so many people.
About, 20000 of them.

The Zen!!
We went to experience 座禅 last saturday.

We did it with students from Abroad who study Japanese language here.

We talked after Zazen and had a fun!

Time flys!!
