I'm not sure where you can watch Steeler's game in Osaka, but NHK will put the steelers vs. the chargers on television this evening (18:15- on 15th Jan.) and midnight (00:15- 16th). However, this program will come on the NHK "BS1", which differs from regular NHK in the requirement of a satellite dish and a tuner. If your apartment could be possible to access to this channel, you will be able to watch it without any special equipment. Alternatively, we can watch the Super Bowl on Nippon Television every year. So this broadcast station may play AFC champoinshp, too. But I have not confirmed it yet.

Good luck!
