退室掃除代15000円別途を収めていただきます。退室する場合は二ヶ月提出しなければならないです。契約更新も契約終了日の二ヶ月前に申し込みをお願いします。部屋中にはテレビ、ミニ冷蔵庫、ベット、寝具一式、無線ネット付きです。
只今はフランス、カナダ、オランダ、シンガーポル、香港、日本、韓国、台湾の方が住んでいます。毎月不定期に国際交流ホームパティーを開催します。
