Room Available for Japanese Student – Brisbane, Australia
Fully furnished room available for Japanese student.
In 3 bedroom, 3 storey house with views to the mountains.
Situated in Albion, Brisbane - short walk to Albion train station (only 7 minutes train ride to the city centre - $2.30 per return trip). Bus also nearby and only 3km to the city centre.
- House is fully furnished including modern furniture and appliances
- Close to many shops and restaurants
- To share with 1 Female (30) & 1 Male (32) - Both speak English, however Female can also speak basic Japanese :)
Room includes:
- Double bed, desk, lamp & wardrobe
- Towels and Linen provided
- Own bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet
- WIFI Internet and electricity included
Room cost: is $200 per week (no meals included)
Or $230 per week (with breakfast and dinner included)
Bond required of 1 week rent in advance.
Room Available from: May 2010
Length of stay 3- 6 months (however longer can be negotiated if you like).
Airport pick up available if required.

- ハウスメイトは女性１名（30）＆男性１名（32） - 二人とも英語を話しますが、女性は基本的な日本語は話せます：）
部屋には：
- ダブルベッド、机、ランプ＆ワードローブ
- タオルとリネンはお貸しします。
- シャワー＆バスタブとトイレは別（セパレート）
- WIFIインターネット（電気代含む）使い放題
料金：$ 200AUD/週（食事なし）　または　$ 230AUD/週（朝食と夕食含む）
ボンド（補償金）として1週間分の料金を事前にいただきます。
利用可能時期：2010年5月から
