Plotters and Pantsers

Here is an interesting conversation between two different writing types. A plotter is someone who plans and plots thoroughly before writing, while a pantser is the opposite, starting with a blank sheet and just letting the story evolve by itself. Personally, I am more in the panster camp but not too extreme, I do plan a bit.
