思い出のかっこいい曲コミュの「 Sitting （人生はさすらい） 」 キャット・スティーヴンス

僕は今４６歳ですが、１３歳のとき初めて買ってもらったＬＰレコードがこの曲が収められた「 CATCH BULL AT FOUR 」でした。当時、キャット・スティーヴンスの次のアルバム「 BUDDHA AND CHOCOLATE BOX 」に収められている「 OH, VERY YOUNG 」が日本ではヒットしていたのですが、レコード屋に行ったらこっちのアルバムのジャケットのほうがかっこよく感じたのでこれを選びました。
その冒頭に収められているのがこの曲です。彼の素晴らしいピアノとボーカルのシャウトが聴けます。

ちなみに歌詞は、

特に「人生は多くのドアでできた迷路のようなもの。そのドアたちは君の側からしか開かないんだ。だから、懸命に押し続けるんだ。やってごらん。そうすれば最初に出発した場所に戻れるんだよ。」という部分が良いですね。
この曲とこのアルバム全体、今でも僕の人生の応援歌です。
