Tomorrow will be graduation day. So I was thinking today about my high school graduation in July 2003. We don’t really have a graduation day similar to Japan in the UK (at least not in my school). On our last day of school we just had a special schedule – form period, a small assembly etc, but different to Japan in that the speeches were short, all students attended the assembly, and not all the students names were read out. Also on the last day of school many students did some bad things! Some students wore fancy dress. I wore a monkey costume as fancy dress. Almost every year students misbehaved, so the teachers used to accept it and let it happen. But my year group was very bad on that day! Someone hired a stripper to come to school, but the school principal intercepted her and made her leave before she could come and take off her clothes. After that he told us all to leave school early – school was usually from 8.45 to 4pm, but on that day we left at about 11am! After being told to leave school everyone went to the pub next to the school. I think we were a bad year group!
アッサニー: Thanks for your comment. MY school days were happy, but I think sometimes I spent too much time sutdying! IM from England. I like Scotland too, its very beautiful!
