バイリンガル日記コミュの七級のテストを手伝ってをいただきませんか？

This isnt really a diary entry, but if anyone knows Aikido.... :-)

来週の水曜日で七級のテストを受けます。

投げ技は：

方手持ち四方投げ一　（受は引く）
方手持ち四方投げに　　　（受は押す）

正面うちいっかじょう押さえ一　（受は引く）
正面うちいっかじょう押さえ二　　（受は押す）

初心会の養神館のスタイルです。この投げ技の取りも受けのパートをしななければなれないので、取りも受けのパート分かるになりたいです（特に受けの）。一番分かり難いのは取りも受けもはどちの半身ですか？逆か相ですか？

Ill write in English to if it makes my poor Japanese clear:

I have a grading test for yellow belt on Wednesday (for 7th kyu).

We must demonstrate both the tori and uke parts for:

Kata te mochi shihonage ichi and ni．(Ichi is uke pulls tori, ni is uke pushes tori)

Shomen uchi ikkajo osae ichi and ni. (Ichi is uke pulls tori, ni is uke pushes tori)

The club I go to is called Shoshinkai and follows the Yoshinkai syllabus. We must demonstrate both tori and uke so I need some help with both parts - but especially for the attack of uke. I find it hard to understand he stances, such as when to be in gyaku hanmi or ai hanmi when doing these two techniques.
