How do you say ?????? in Japanese?

I'm sure there are many many different things that people would like to know how to say in Japanese so that's why i put lots of question marks rather than wasting one thread for one question.

My question is how do you say,,,

"It can't be helped.."
それは助けることができない

is this correct?

and "this time would have come sooner or later"

意訳すると・・・

遅かれ早かれこうなることはわかっていた。

遅かれ早かれこうなるはず。
