Position Description
* Play a pivotal role in distributing and consolidating regional and global direction in coordination with regional retail VP
* The person is a “super-assistant” who supports each member of the retail team on a day-to-day task, such as sales data polling, regional data consolidation and distribution
Responsibilities:
* Issue instructions to different sections of the company and ensured their quick implementation
* Maintain meeting minutes and distribute to respective countries.
* Collect and keep track of all the information of different region
* Maintain Navision Database and pulls out various records & reports
* Translate global retail documents
* Follow-up on various administrative tasks (invoicing, ordering, status checking, etc)
* Play a central contact person while team is absent for store visit
* Collect accounts details, budget and expenditure
Skill and Personality:
* Bright person
* English skill(speaking, reading)
* PC skill (Word, Excel, Power point) specially Excel skill
* Analytical skill
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
