今日はじめてクリスの死を知ったマヌケなファンです。
このコミュの事はマイミクさんから教えて頂いて知っていましたが、ファン歴が浅いのでなんとなく入れずにいました。
最初に彼を聴いたのは10年以上前「テルマ＆ルイーズ」のサントラのKick the stonesですが、ものすごく好きな歌で繰り返し繰り返し聴いて来たのにもかかわらず、なぜかどういう人が歌っているのか知らずにいました。
ところが一昨年の六月に突然気になりだして1stとanthrogyを手に入れ、それ以来彼の歌を聴かない日はないと言って良いくらいのヘビロテになっています。彼のエモーショナルな作品群をこよなく愛しています。
今朝クリスのオフィシャルから来たと思われるメールを見てようやく彼の死に気付いたのです。ご存じの方も多いと思いますが、ニューアルバムの情報などもありますので転載しておきます。

Chris recorded his last record in summer 2005 in Upstate New York.
It would be too much to try to describe the music but the fury and the love in it was his guidance that everybody will glimpse.
Chris did not know yet that he was terminally ill so but he sensed something for a very long time.
The reflection and the fear of it are all over this record.
The record will be called ﾒReiter Inﾓ.
::There will be a vinyl version that will be released on January the 31st.
::The cd will come out on February the 28th.
::If you want to make sure to get your copy of the pre_lp 7ﾓ-Single that was released in December 2005; you should be quick because it will be limited to 500 copies.
This single contains the two songs ﾒI wanna be your dogﾓ by Iggy Pop and ﾒI go evilﾓ.
All these things can be ordered at order@downtown-records.net
At this point the release date and the record company for the US is not clear so the best thing is to contact Down Town directly.

日本では数少ない（と思われる）彼のファンの方達とこの悲しみを分け合いたいと思いまして、コミュに参加しました。
