- new, clean, refurnitured house
(doublebed, desk, closet, wardrobe, chair, table)
- large kitchen (washing machine, big fridge, table & chairs etc.)

*Location
- 4 mins. walking from Goldsmiths (New Cross)
- quiet, residential area, close to fordham park

*Rent
- every month pay in advance / ￡130(two) / ￡120(one) per week
- 4 weeks deposit, 4 weeks notice to leave
- bills are included (TV, Internet, gas, water, electricity, council tax)
- minimum 3 months to stay
