2013年にスペインのブッキングエージェントより「Acid Mothers Temple play Black Sabbath」なるコンセプトの下、イベリア半島ツアーの依頼を受け結成されたAMT新ユニット「Acid Mothers Temple & Space Paradoid」が、満を持して遂に帝都侵攻！今回はBlack Sabbathの所謂ストーナー～ブラックメタルへの系譜とは全く一線を画する、暗黒ヘヴィーサイケデリックなカヴァーに加え、超重量級オリジナル曲やブラックホール直行インプロパートも交えつつ、一大暗黒サイケデリック曼荼羅を表出させる。
1stアルバム「Black Magic Satori」は、Chaotic Noise Recordingsより6ページ紙ジャケット仕様CDにて絶賛発売中！米Safety Meeting Recordsよりリリースされた限定500枚LPは、既にソールドアウト、現在は店頭在庫のみ。しかし今回会場に設営されるShopzoneにて、在庫売り尽くし大放出！仏イラストレーターMartial Brouteによる1stアルバム表ジャケット原画をあしらったオフィシャル限定Tシャツも販売予定！
