how are you all? Here I am sitting in my room in London, am thinking how ironic things are. It is really windy outside, the weather is terrible, it is cold and looks wet. Makes you wonder why we do what we do.
I just want to be able to go out of the flat and hop down to the beach, sun, sea. I try to think of the many places I would like to go for sea (umi...:just practising my japanese). Anyway, the beaches in Mauritius are unqiue but am sure there are other places with great beaches. So, if anybody has been to other beaches in the world, please share your experiences.
For people who know Mauritius, they might also know of the island that is a part of Mauritius called Rodrigues. I have been there and been to the beach there as well once, and that was quite amazing, with sand so soft that your feet would basically sink in each time you would take a step.
I would like to go to Maldives: seems so beautiful, with beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see. Has anybody been there before? It is crazy to think that with global warming, the maldives would disappear...
