１９７８年、バラード作家で有名なマイケル・マッサーが映画「The Greatest」のために書いたラブバラードの傑作。当時はジョージ・ベンソンが歌い少しだけヒットしました。その後ホイットニー・ヒューストンが取り上げリヴァイバル大ヒット。

個人的にはジョージ・ベンソンが映画のために歌ったバージョンの方が素敵だと思います。尚この映画ではもう１曲日本で流行った曲がありました。「アントニオ猪木のテーマ」です。原題は「Ali Bombaye (Zaire Chant)」っていいますが、猪木のテーマの方が有名なのが妙に不思議です。
