I wanna know the pub which there are a lot of foreigners around shinjuku shibuya ikebukuro.
Ill see my friend this weekend and both of us can speak English. We wanna speak English even in Japan like when I was in Sydney,but its difficult to find the place when im working in Japan.
There were so many nice/clean/enjoyable pubs in Sydney, but as I dont go to the pub(actually,I dont drink alcohol or go out at all) in Japan, I dont know anywhere...my friend also dont know...
As we drink together after a long time, we wanna drink while speaking English
Do you know any place where you recomend like good music(but not club), atmosphere,friendly(it doent mean chatting up tho.) with English?

As you've boobs, I'm sure you'll have zero trouble having any of the boys holla back at you at any bar in the areas you asked about--best bet is, pick up a copy of Metropolis magazine (see http://metropolis.co.jp/distribution/) and flip through the pages. Good luck finding someone "worth" chatting to, though...IYKWIM...
It's easy to find a place where you can speak English, and easy to find a place where you won't get chatted up, but finding both in the same place will probably be a bit of a challenge. 
What I like best is to find a quiet little neighborhood place that's friendly but not very popular, and then just go regularly enough that you start to know people. I go to a little place like that in Ebisu. Especially a place where the bartender is cool, so you always have someone to chat with even if you go alone and you don't know anybody there...
