☆ENGLISH ONLY☆コミュのPlease tell me your favorite place in Hawaii!!

I will go to Hawaii in next April to take the Exam.
After finishing the Exam, I'm plannning ot stay in Hawaii for a week.
Could you recommend me some favorite places to visit or experience?
I've been there for a few times, but I've been some famouse sightseeing spot only.
Next time, I want to enjoy Hawaii more!
Please tell me your recommendation!

Banyan Veranda in Sheraton Moana Surfrider
Hotel is a very nice place to chill out.
Have you been there yet? If not, go there
right before sunset. Have some cocktails.

I like Banyan Veranda,too!
Aftenoon tea in Banyan Veranda is fantastic!!

Will you go to only Honolulu?

I recommend Hawaii island.
Viewing the star at mountain is wondarful.

you should try the north shore! i hear waves are great and the sea is beautiful up there.
if you want some greenery, i recommend you take a walk around UH and Manoa. its a quiet area, and parks and school playgrounds there are fit for walks.

rent a car and go around the island.
East side is especially beautiful.

I really enjoyed staying at KAHALA Mandarine Oriental.
The hotel has a pool for people, and another pool for dolphins !! -- When I stayed, they had 3 dolphins in the pool...

you should definitely hit Lanikai Beach area. it's on the east side of Oahu after passing the Kailua area.
see the pix (on the left). you can actually rent a kayak to hit those islands, too. there's a preserved area for sea birds and people are like drinking (it's illegal, though) and bbqing on the sands. it surely is a heaven!!
and Waimanalo beach is a cool place to chill, too. (pix 2)

I totally agree with 森田san. Lanikai Beach was absolutely beautiful. you should go there!

I also recommend to rent a car and go up north and on the way back you will find the sign (Shrimp!) and trailer. they sell garlic shrimp. I loved it, so i go back there every time i go to Oahu. you gotta try it! just thinking about it makes me hungry...lol

Get a condo in a high rise over looking Waikiki beach and watch all the great spots to see on a wide screen TV while eating great Food and drinking great wine ( in comfort:) Rent a long board and Hit the surf a couple of hours each day (8am-11am). Now thats chillin :) City boy style.

You should go to North and have some shrimp!
North is kinda retro artistic city.
you'll see cute stores and Hawaii's traditional buildings.

If you want to party hit " Fashion 45 " on the back street behind the International Marketplace not far from the Moana Surfrider Hotel and Honolulu PD just off the main drag. You'll also find an array of club, bars and other underground delights if that's your thang.

Check out the newest nightclub called "Lotus Sound Bar" on Kuhio Ave.. This is one of the coolest places to hang out in Honolulu now. They have myspace at www.myspace.com/lotusoundbar

2 floors.......1F, lounge and 2F, House main room. Hip-hop room is coming a little later. Lighting effects/decors are what they are known for!
