Move in cost is only your first months rent upfront, and a 5,000 utility fee (gas water etc)
and 5,000 for your key.If you want internet access you must provide the router and 2,500
toward the bill. No negotiations.
The free room is in the B1 part of the flat.
It is about 7-8 tatami mats in size and lightly furnished. Futons, sheets, table, lights.
There is a small window in the room.
Shared areas are the kitchen and living room also lightly furnished as well as the toilet
and shower.
he flat is 1 minute walk from SENKAWA station exit one on either the FUKUTOSHIN LINE or the
YURAKUCHOU lines.
Ikebukuro- 5 minutes
Shinjuku san chome- 15 minutes
Shibuya- 25 minutes.
