☆ENGLISH ONLY☆コミュのWW II book suggestions?

G'day, as by the title of this thread I'm looking for books based on World War II to read.

Here's a list that I can recount that I've already read.
Battle Cry
All Quiet On the Western Front (I know it's a WW I book ^^)
The Naked And The Dead
The Things They Carried (Based on Vietnam War)
From Here To Eternity
The Beach (It's more about the aftermath of a nuclear war)
The Railway Man
Whistle
The Guns Of Navarone
Band Of Brothers
The Caine Mutiny
The Winds of War
War And Remembrance

May have forgotten 1 or 2, not important though.

Anyways, the following are my favourite 4.

Battle Cry, The Winds of War, War and Remembrance, and Band of Brothers.

If you know of a book that you think I'd like to read but it's not in the WW II genre, feel free to put them down. Because I also like reading books about Earth as if it was completely differently run. (For e.g., 1984, Brave New World, Does Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?)

Movie recommendation: We All Loved Each Other So Much http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0075793/

It's in Italian, so you'll need to find a copy with English subtitles.

It's not entirely about WWII, but it's about three friends who fought in the Italian resistance together, and about the 30 or so years following the war.

Someone has suggested I read Catch-22 before, so, I'll see if I can get my hands on a copy sometime soon!

Vietnam - A History by Stanley Karnow.

For an alternative world I recommend "The Lathe of Heaven" by Ursula K Leguin.

It's about a man who can change the world with his dreams.

The past changes too so no one else notices how the world has changed.
