Profile sites are more popular than BBS in the US. People post on sites like My Space and Facebook.

GameFAQs bbs is very popular in U.S.
I read that it gets millions of traffic each day.
I'm certainly one of it. ( ´ー｀)

But 2Ch is still the one which gets the biggest traffic in the world.

If there is one sad truth about asia, it's that the Chinese government is F'in crazy. Censorship, selling the organs of death-row inmates without their consent ... it's creepy.
China executes more people every year than the entire rest of the world combined.

yeah, there's not really an equivalent to 2ch. MSN and Yahoo have a lot of activity on their boards, but nowhere near the amount that 2ch probably gets.

For myself, I usually frequent boards of places that have to do with topics I'm interested in, such as Asian American issues:
