A leading UK law firm is looking for an associate of 4+ years PQE with experience of advising on corporate restructurings, cross-border mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private equity, privatisations, public takeovers and pubic private partnerships. The ideal candidate will be UK or AUS qualified solicitor with strong academic. Excellent written and spoken English is essential and Japanese ability is an advantage.
