WHAT IS YOGA? WHY DO IT? HOW DO I PRACTICE?
Yoga has something to offer everyone.
In this two hour introductory yoga course
we will explore the fundamentals of yoga,
sharing the necessary tools for you
to start or deepen your practice.
We'll begin with a short talk and discussion
covering essential yoga philosophy,
followed by a sequence of core postures,
and finishing with some basic pranayama (yogic breathing),
and meditation.
Suitable for complete beginners to intermediate students.
Cameron started practicing yoga in 1999
in his home country New Zealand.
Since this time he's studied with many of the foremost
