We are sorry to have to inform you that the bulk of the acrylic loungewear (button-front robe with V-neck; our order no.SSLW-V2) that was delivered is not up to the samples which we received on March 15.
On comparing the loungewear received as the samples, we were *unpleasantly surprised to discover that the models are not the same high quality.
We can only assume that a mistake was made and that the loungewear we ordered has been wrongly delivered.
