また、引合状では　自社紹介や担当者（自己）紹介をしっかりする様にする必要が
あります。それは、相手から確実に返事を貰う為です。

また、下記の表現で、commercially interested としておりますが
こうした　副詞を上手く使う事が、相手を引き込むカギですね
