Achievement is not the most important thing. Authenticity is.
Winners are able to sustain their autonomy over ever-increasing periods of time. ..., in spite of setbacks winners maintain a basic self-confidence.
Winners do not play "helpless", nor do they play the blaming game. Instead, they assume responsibility for their own lives. Winners are their own bosses and know it.
A winner's timing is right. Winners know that for everything there is a season and for every activity a time.
To winners, time is precious. Winners don't kill it, but live it.
Winners can be spontaneous. ... can change their plans when the situation calls for it.
Although winners can freely enjoy themselves, they can also postpone enjoyment, can discipline themselves in the present to enhance their enjoyment in the future.
A winner cares about the world and its people. A winner works to make the world a better place.
Their winning or losing is influenced by what happens to them in childhood.
To cope with negative experiences, children learn to manipulate themselves and others. These manipulative techniques are hard to give up later in life and often become set patterns. Winners work to shed them. Losers hang on to them.
... they have been building their own cages, digging their own graves, and boring themselves.
A loser seldom lives in the present, but instead destroys the present by focusing on past memories or future expectations.
etc.
Losers are afraid to try new things and instead maintain their own status quo.
The crazy person says, "I am Abraham Lincoln," and the neurotic says, "I wish I were Abraham Lincoln," and the healthy person says, "I am I, and you are you."

★Structural Analysis (構造分析)
Each person has three ego states which are separate and distinct sources of behavior: the Parent ego state, the Adult ego state, and the Child ego state.
-Parent ego state
-Adult ego state
-Child ego state
Parent―It serves that girl right for being out so late.
Adult―I'd better call the police.
Child―Say, is this ever exciting!
Psychological games are played to win, but a person who plays games as a way of life is not a winner.
a) A First-Degree Game
b) A Second-Degree Game
c) A Third-Degree Game
ゲームは状況に応じて、#5で記載した「親: the Parent ego state」「おとな: the Adult ego state」「子ども: the Child ego state」のそれぞれの状態でプレイされます。
Before children are eight years old they develop a concept about their own worth. They also formulate ideas about the worth of others.
I'm OK
I'm not-OK
You're OK
You're not-OK
The First Position: I'm OK, You're OK
☞Life is worth living >
The Second or Projective Position: I'm OK, You're not-OK
☞Your life is not worth much>君の人生はあまり価値がない、と考える人たち
The Third or Introjective Position: I'm not-OK, You're OK
☞My life is not worth much>生きている意味がわからないと考える人たち
The Forth or Futility Position: I'm not-OK, You're not-OK
☞Life isn't worth anything at all>人生なんて無意味、と考える人たち
今まで通り「子ども: the Child ego state」の脚本を演じるか、「おとな: the Adult ego state」の脚本に変えるかを決めるには時間がかかりましたが、「おとな: the Adult ego state」の脚本を選びました。
He could become a winner if he chose to.
The ultimate goal of transactional analysis is the analysis of scripts, since the script determines the destiny and identity of the individual.
