面白いですねー。普段英語喋ると南部なまりがあるって言われるので、大当たりでした。
因みにNorth Carolina出身です。

僕もやってみました＾＾
日本で生まれたんですけど、生まれた直後にカリフォルニア州に行きましてそこで１０年近く生活しました。なので最初に習った言語が英語でした。今はウィスコンシン州にある大学に通ってます。その結果がこちらです。

Your accent is the lowest common denominator of American speech. Unless you're a SoCal surfer, no one thinks you have an accent. And really, you may not even be from the West at all, you could easily be from Florida or one of those big Southern cities like Dallas or Atlanta.

小～中学の頃、ニュージャージー在住でした。
結果は Philadelphia。　十分近いですね！

中西部にすんでいました。
答えはMidlandでした。ピシャリです。
Penn., Southern Illinois, Southern Indiana, Ohio etc...

i come from NJ but my results turned out Philadelphia...

although a lot of my english teachers can tell that i'm from somewhere close to NY...

ペンシルベニア州に5年住んでました

私も結果的に自分がいたところと一致してて密かに嬉しいです

"You have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. You have a good voice for TV and radio.

ところがNY育ちの娘の結果が　The Inland North
４年間世話になった先生がウィスコンシンの人だったからでしょうか？

If you're not from Philadelphia, then you're from someplace near there like south Jersey, Baltimore, or Wilmington. if you've ever journeyed to some far off place where people don't know that Philly has an accent, someone may have thought you talked a little weird even though they didn't have a clue what accent it was they heard.

以外と面白い！私はインターとか小さい時はSinglish話していたから！でも、大学はアメリカ．結局行った事の無いフィルダルフィアの発音？！

はじめまして！私は小学生の頃ニューヨークに５年住んだ後、中高生の頃は香港のアメリカンスクールに４年通いました。香港で様々なアクセントの子に囲まれてニューヨーク訛りが抜けたのか、テストの結果は

１歳から１０歳までOrange County住んでて、その後１８歳まで東京いました。今はWashington州のSeattleに住んでます。
昔はWest Sideから来た人みたいなアクセントだね、と周りから言われてたんですが、結果は全然違いましたｗｗ

The Inland Northでした。何故なんでしょうかね？ｗ
