I have received a mail from a netfriend who wanted to know more information of hotels.

Actually, there are several internet travel agents which can help you to book the hotels. You need to make reservation at least 2 - 3 months before your arrival if you want to travel during HK's high seasons (15 Mar - 15 May inclusive & 15 Sep - 15 Nov inclusive).

i think i could read chinese and speak a little mandarin, and my english is ok, but cantonese is too difficult for me...

Actually, you can ask the tour desk when you arrive hotel. They have more information to let you choose.

Remember get a China visa either in Japan or in HK. You need at least one working day to get one-time visa in HK, you need to check with the hotel. Also, you can arrange from the hotel as well.
