外国人の友達作らないかい？コミュのIs there any Japanese/English study circles near shinjuku?

Hi Everyone, Konnichiwa minasan,

I am new to Japan and do not know many people. Does anyone know where to go to meet other foreigners or English speaking Japanese in Tokyo?

I joined Mixi two days ago and made some friends online but I am looking for "real" people :) Any help is appreciated. I like this community alot. Thanks to the creator ne!

i can speak english a bit, kaz i was abroad 4 study english almost 2 years in canada.
