Today people don’t have any effective medicine or treatment against the epidemic Ebola and it is spreading quickly now in Africa. They say the percentage of mortality from Zaire Ebola is 90 % and making matters worse, nurses and doctors too are dying. Quick actions are needed. So I think it is worth trying CDT which worked well on Dengue fever. Dengue Fever also doesn’t have any particular medicine to cure and is also caused by virus as you know. CDT is chlorine dioxide therapy. It is much better to try CDT than doing nothing.
現在アフリカで流行中のエボラ出血熱に対して 治療法や薬剤が無く 対処療法しかないこと それにより今回のザイール型エボラでの死亡率が９０％であり 看護する医師やスタッフも数十名感染し死亡していることから 同じ特効薬の無いウィルスレベルのデング熱に効果のあった二酸化塩素療法（ＣＤＴ）を試みる価値は 何もしないよりかは非常に大きいと思われます。
CDT has been taken by more than 1million people every day all over the world for these 10 years.
ＣＤＴは すでにこの１０数年の間 世界では毎日使用している方が１００万人以上います。
No side effects other than diarrhea have been reported up to now. I can say that CDT is completely safe and so you must try CDT for Ebola, too.

CDT can finish the severe conditions of viral influenza patients at its beginning stage. Also I will explain how CDT will cure the severe conditions after people have infected with viral diseases, also showing average time consuming. Then I will discuss with medical staff how we will use CDT for protecting staff themselves and for Ebola patients.

The concentration of the chlorine dioxide was from 100 to 130 ppm.
(First of all we make 1600ppm chlorine dioxide. Take 20 to 25 cc of it. Then make it thinner with 300 cc water. We take it then, quickly after that we take 200 to 300 cc water to protect our throat.)
デング熱に効果のあった二酸化塩素濃度は約１００〜１３０ｐｐｍでした（約１６００ｐｐｍ ２０〜２５ｃｃを３００ｃｃの水で希釈後飲用後 すぐに２００〜３００ｃｃの水を飲み喉を保護する）
I took almost the same amount and it was 2 times thicker than the one for Malaria so I felt some irritation in my throat for 30 minutes, I remember.
私も ほぼ同量をその時に飲みましたが マラリア治療用の倍以上ある濃度のため喉に多少の刺激のような痛みが３０分ほど残ったのを記憶しています。
In this case, we must take half of it but 2 times or make it thinner.
この場合 １回で濃度の高いＣＤＳを飲用するよりも２回に分けて飲用するか 希釈を多くする必要があると判りました。
Dengue fever in Mae Sot needed only one dosage. But this will depend on the time after the patient has infected or the difference of Dengue and Ebola. I will show several cases of influenza patients given CDT, then we will give CDT to Ebola patients. Observing them, we will be able to focus on how to use CDT for Ebola patients.
I also show how the number of Malaria protozoan decreased in the blood after CDT was taken by patients depending on the concentration of CDT. We can compare and analyze the relation of concentration of CDT and the number of protozoan. Then we will be able to decide how much CDT should be used for Ebola patients.
メーソートでのデングは１回の飲用で回復しましたが 患者の感染から発症後の経過時間 また デングとエボラでの違い 過去インフルエンザにＣＤＴを使用したいくつかの状態での報告例などを分析しながら エボラへの投与と それによる反応により使用方法の特定を行っていくと同時にＣＤＴ使用前と使用後の複数名のマラリア患者から採血したマラリア原虫の顕微鏡検査による原虫数の減少率とＣＤＳの濃度と使用量の比較・分析をエボラへの使用方法の目安にしながら比較・分析も同時に行う。
This is very important because the electric microscope to observe Ebola is not available for us so using the microscope of 1000 magnification for example and observe Malaria protozoan and its reaction. We will observe and analyze the concentration of CDS and the amount of CDS given to Ebola patients. I am sure we can specify the amount and the concentration of CDS for Ebola patients.
これは非常に重要なことで エボラを観察する電子顕微鏡は限られた場所にありますので マラリア原虫が見れる１０００倍程度の顕微鏡マラリア原虫検査・反応と エボラ患者に投与したＣＤＳ濃度や使用量 それによる回復の度合いや反応を照らし合わせながら エボラへの使用濃度・量の記録・分析・特定を行います。
At this level, the staff must be able to adjust the concentration of chlorine dioxide. I will help with generating and recording the concentration of chlorine dioxide. I will cooperate with the staff to check how the Ebola patients recover and specify the amount and concentration of CDS. At the same time we must check the blood of before and after CDS by 10 minutes or maybe by 1 hour. These blood samples should be sent to the facility where they can be observed with the electric micro scope. I require that the military helicopters should be used to carry the samples. I spend about 20 minutes to explain this.
この時に 二酸化塩素の濃度を調整して生成できる技術と濃度測定の技術が必要ですので ＣＤＴ＝治療用のＣＤＳ生成と測定を私が行い記録していきますますので エボラ患者に投与する医療スタッフとの連携により エボラ患者の回復の度合い反応などで エボラへの使用量・濃度特定を早急に行うと同時にエボラ患者へのＣＤＳ投与前の採血と 投与後 １０分単位〜１時間単位などの採血サンプルをエボラが観察できる施設に軍のヘリコプターまたは飛行機で運び電子顕微鏡にて分析を早急に行います。（この説明に約２０分くらいです）

At this level I believe that we can get the government cooperation and we can specify the amount and concentration of CDS for the intravenous drip injection or intravenous injection.

For the unconscious patients who cannot take CDS should be administered enema.

The medical staff and people who may be exposed to Ebola must apply the mix of DMSO(Dimethyl sulfoxide) and CDS. If they have felt touched the patients they should apply the mix on the part of their body quickly. At the same time they should drink CDS, too.
医療スタッフおよびエボラ感染者との接触による感染の恐れのある民間人への対応として ＤＭＳＯ（ジメチルスルホキシド Dimethyl sulfoxide）とＣＤＳの混合液を接触部分に早急に塗ることと同時にＣＤＳの飲用を行い経過を見る。
When you apply DMSO on your fore arm apart from your heart, DMSO will quickly permeate into under the skin and go into the blood vessels. You can realize it coming into your blood vessels only after 10 or 15 minutes. It has such a strong permeability. If the patients have the symptom on the skin, the splay of the mix of CDS and DMSO will be very effective.
ＤＭＳＯは心臓から離れた前腕部に塗布すると 直ぐに皮膚の内部に浸透し 血液の流れに入り込み 脳が自覚症状を感じるまでに１０〜１５分で判るほどの浸透性を持っていますので エボラ患者の中で皮膚表面上に症状が現れている場合はＣＤＳとＤＭＳＯの混合スプレーは有効だと思います。
For this, I also discuss the concentration of DMSO with the staff. (It will take 15 minutes for this discussion, making the mix of DMSO and CDS.)

I had 10 times in Mae Sot in May. At that time I was requested to have the conference more than 10 times but I could stay only for one month and couldn’t have more conferences.

I plan to stay in Liberia from 1 to 3 months, then I believe some of the attendees will ask me to help with the treatment.
