"... I wept uncontrollably at just the thought of a hurting child who had no way of escaping the hurt. I thought to myself 'but you're already doing something - you can't help them all.' As I thought about the work I've done with hunger organizations, traveling to over 40 third world nations as Snuggles, 'The Love Clown,' I came to the realization that in my life what I was doing wasn't enought.

Have you ever looked into the eyes of a hungery child? Bloated belly, discolored hair, face contorted from extreme malnutrition? Dressed as Snuggles, (my clown character) - I have."

[9] mixi
