HOLIDAY HOURS

The HMS Mail & Receiving Department will be open on December 24th
from 7:30 am until 12:00 pm and from December 29th. through December
31st. from 7:30 am until 12:00 pm with normal deliveries resuming on
Jan. 5, 2009.We will be closed on December 25th / 26th and January
1st./ 2nd.

Orders should be placed with vendors to be delivered the week before
the holiday vacation. If possible, please refrain from delivering
any perishable or hazardous materials during the holiday week unless
you are certain that someone from the department that ordered the
package will be onsite to accept them.

Gas cylinder drivers are strongly urged to make their deliveries
between 6:00am and 8:00am during the holiday week.
