HOLIDAY HOURS

The HMS Mail & Receiving Department will be open from Dec. 26th
through the 31st ( excluding the weekend ) from 7:30 am until 12:00
pm with normal deliveries resuming on Jan. 2, 2008.We will be closed
on December 24th / 25th and January 1st.
Orders should be placed with vendors to be delivered the week before
the holiday vacation. If possible, please refrain from delivering any
perishable
or hazardous materials during the holiday week unless you are certain
that someone from the department that ordered the package will be
onsite to accept them.

Gas cylinder drivers are strongly urged to make their deliveries
between 6:00am and 8:00am during the holiday week.
