Does anyone know if (Counter Terrorist Unit,like in TV series 24)really exist or not?

i went to a college hang out last night, and it was really fun. it was a club, and there was a good mixture of whites and blacks. (LSU football and basketball teams, etc.)

early on in the night, it was retro-active so they were playing old songs (some as old as james brown) but from around midnight, it became r&b and hip-hop.
on stage, these black guys were all doing the same dance. it was kinda funny. but pretty cool.

this guy was wearing a shirt that said 「石」。
