• Can demonstrate advanced knowledge of technical valuation concepts; recognized as an expert and sought after for advice in this area
• Substantial experience of the practical application of such concepts in a variety of situations, including M&A transactions and purchase price allocations
• Able to effectively manage multiple concurrent assignments 3-8 years work experience working in an accounting firm, or financial institution in M&A, or as a financial analyst with financial modeling & analysis experience
• Some overseas education or work experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Strong decision making & leadership skills.
• Leading projects & teams experience is a benefit
• Knowledge of a third language would be an added benefit (but not a requirement)
• Results driven and passionate about being a leader in Japan’s leading financial advisory service
