Job Responsibilities 職務内容
Successful candidate should have relevant experience in investment banking and/or real estate finance. He/she should have experience in preparing presentations, offering memorandums, credit reports and in building corporate and real estate cash flow models. He/she should have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Non-Recourse Lending structuring and closing experience and/or English communication skills, preferable.
Performance Objectives 目標
1) Quickly understand products and process
2) Support the foreign sponsor deal team in all of their deal-related activities
3) Prepare presentations, offering memorandums and credit materials
4) Build cash flow, structuring and pricing models for all transactions
5) Work seamlessly with team from deal origination to deal consummation.
6) Keep abreast of current trends in the domestic real estate market
