最大２８万円支給するという、反社会的な「ご丁寧さ」。

This is really a ridiculous and anti-social use of public funds.
The Korean University, which is under the control of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, an agency of North Korea, is a grandchild of North Korea.
As we wrote about the details of the program in the original repost, we are talking about the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Challenge Loan Program for Students Preparing for Entrance Exams" program.
Under this system, "universities, junior colleges, vocational universities, special training colleges, and various types of schools stipulated in the School Education Law (Articles 1, 124, and 134 of the same law)" are listed as the subjects for students equivalent to third-year high school students to take the entrance examination.
Since this includes various types of schools, the Korean University is also included.
Not only do all 23 special wards of Tokyo provide subsidies to parents attending Korean schools through the Foreign School Parents Subsidy, but the Tokyo Metropolitan Government also provides up to 280,000 yen for entrance exam fees and cramming fees for preparation for entrance exams to Korean university schools, an anti-social "courtesy".
We strongly believe that the mistake of half a century ago in approving Korean schools and the Korean University as educational corporations must be corrected.
We must rescind the approval of the school corporation of North Korea's grandson institution, which continues its vicious rule and remains in power while abducting large numbers of Japanese citizens!
