グリーン気候基金(GCF)第25回理事会が事務局に対して、理事会で検討し今年中に承認するためのREDD+成果支払の資金に関する提案を用意することを求めたことを受け、事務局は基金の名称をREDD+気候基金(RCF)に変更することを決めた。
