ミニー家主の統治する、Clement St.にある女性だけの下宿所。
昔住んでいたという人、または今住んでいるという人、集まれ〜!!
House Rules:
1: Only female visitors are allowed on the premises.
2: All visiting will terminate at the following hours; weekdays or weekends - 9:00PM.
3: There will be no cooking after 9:00 PM. There will be no cooking for or serving of meals to visitors. There will be no serving of intoxicating beverages to visitors or for yourself. All "entertaining" should be done off the premises. No alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises.
4: Please take your showers before 9:00 PM.
No visitors are allowed to shower or bathe.
No visitors are allowed to stay overnight.
5: Please keep radios, TVs, stereos, and other acoustical appliances or instruments at a low sound level in consideration for the other tenants.
6: No laundering is allowed in the bathroom or kitchen. No bleaching or use of strong laundering solutions are allowed in the bathroom or kitchen. Please use the outside laundry tub. No dyeing or tinting of hair is allowed in the bathroom. Please use the laundry tub outside. No laundry should be done for friends or anyone who do not reside on premises.
7: Each tenant is responsible for cleaning her own "mess" in the kitchen and bathroom.
8. Please take off your shoes or slippers before you enter the door. If you are barefooted, please wash your feet before entering the door. Place your shoes in your room.
9: Please do not feed animals.
10: NO TYPING OR SEWING AFTER 9:00 PM WEEKDAYS OR WEEKENDS.
