NYに今年の夏に新しく出来た洋服のストリートブランド。
period Ed / ピリオドエド
CONCEPT
In the Japanese history, "The period of Edo”is the most important period of Japan when numerous arts and its economy had developed rapidly. The best known as Japanese famous artworks like "Ukiyoe print" was born this time. Besides, Hokusai and Sharaku were the artist of these artworks this time. Thus, I named after this brand “Period Ed” which has meaning of respect for the most important period and that I would like to achieve with this brand as the same as the period was used to be. Moreover, I hope that people who wear this brand make the most important period of themselves one day.
I intend to create clothings with Japanese style (a thing associated with in the Edo period).
日本の歴史上、”江戸時代”は芸術や経済などが急成長を遂げた重要な日本の時代です。日本の有名な絵画”浮世絵”もまたこの時代に生まれており、それで有名な”北斎”や”写楽”などもこの時代の人間です。その重要な日本の時代にちなみこの名前を付け、そしてこのブランドで重要な時代の一つを造り上げて行きたいという意味を込めて作りました。尚かつ、このブランドを着てる人自身も一つの時代を築いて欲しいという願いを込めて作りました。
和（江戸時代にちなんだ物）を取り入れた洋服作りをして行こうと思います。
現在、World NYC、TEN26 New York、Zakka NYCというお店に置かせて頂いてます。
