友人が夏の間ダウンタウンの部屋をサブレットする相手を捜していますので投稿させて頂きます。ルームメイト達は基本的にアメリカ人（部屋の主はチリ人です）ですので、英語の勉強にもうってつけかと思います。

$1000/month. $500 deposit. Master bedroom with private bathroom and private entrance. It is available for subletting from beginning of June through mid-September, but dates are flexible. Room is fully furnished, queen size bed, desk, dresser, 2 closets. All utilities included in rent (including wireless internet).
The room is in a beautiful 3 bedroom house, recently renovated, great house appliances. Location is very convenient, close to supermarkets, 3 blocks from State Street, 1 block from express bus to UCSB (24x). You would share the house with two other very nice roommates (a grad student and a young professional).
No smokers, no pets.
