ヤンキースが嫌いだ！コミュの井川か・・・

NEW YORK -- After missing out on Daisuke Matsuzaka earlier this month, the Yankees made sure not to let history repeat itself when Kei Igawa became available via the posting system.
The Yankees had won the rights to the Japanese left-hander, who has pitched the past eight seasons for the Hanshin Tigers, Major League Baseball announced Tuesday night.

Reports put the winning bid at $25 million, which would be less than half of the $51.1 million it cost the Red Sox to acquire the rights to Matsuzaka. The Yankees would only pay Hanshin the $25 million if they sign Igawa to a contract.

The Yankees have 30 days to come to terms with Igawa, who is represented by Arn Tellem. Tellem represents several members of the Yankees, including Hideki Matsui, Mike Mussina and Jason Giambi.

ヤ軍ファンは批判的「イラブになる」

　阪神は２９日、ヤンキースが、ポスティングシステム（入札制度）でメジャー移籍を目指す井川慶投手（２７）の独占交渉権を得たことを発表した。落札額は、２６００万１９４ドル（約３０億円）で、レッドソックスが落札した西武・松坂大輔投手の５１１１万１１１１ドル１１セント（約６０億円）に次ぐ史上２番目の高額。
　井川が早くも“メジャーの洗礼”を受けた。ヤ軍ファンが集う大リーグ公式ホームページの掲示板には井川への歓迎ムードはなく、シビアな書き込みが続出した。
　話題の中心は３０億円に達した応札額。「彼の投球を見たことあるが、メジャーではせいぜい先発４番手だ」との書き込みに対し、「彼は（ヤ軍の）５番手争いをすることになるだろう」、「そんなピッチャーを獲るためにエース級の大金を支払う必要はない」と追い打ちをかけた。
　井川獲りに動く一方で、ＦＡで同じ先発左腕のリリーとも接触していたヤ軍。あるファンは「リリーの方が断然いい。この投手はイラブになるかもしれないよ」と批判的。中には、「ＩＧＧＹ（イギー）」と愛称で呼び「中継ぎで結果を出してから先発で投げるべき」と気遣うファンもいたが、その大半が厳しい意見だった。
